Big thank you to roston and hes team for helping me book my holiday for my birthday. If anyone reads the bad reviews about flight o world dont believe it because ive chatted to them are they are changing some things how they book with feed back ive given then roston & david john are very good at there job and professional im due to fly out in march and i will give you more guarantees when im back on how good everything was. Trust me i checked this company out and there 1000% not a scam any minor thing i wanted information on was delt with and roston and david john took on board things customers want changing and thats something there looking into to correct so big thank you to roston and team look forward to future booking
Absolute scam. Avoid at all cost. Booked tickets, then contacted the next day to say we’d booked tickets that did not include luggage or food/drink. The price more than doubled if we wanted then.A week of calls and emails , to eventually get my money back. Don’t waste your time.
The overall experience with Flight to world was excellent. The ticketing process was simple, clear and easy to understand and competitively priced. The post booking experience with the customer support was one of the easiest I've experienced in all my years of flying. Shout out to David John who spent 40 mins on call understanding my situation and providing me alternatives. He was friendly, approachable and handled the issue well. His knowledge on the subject was commendable. I would be looking forward to using their service again in the future. 5/5 would recommend
Do not buy tickets from Flight World. I had a very bad experience and found their customer service extremely unprofessional. I felt pressured and threatened during the process, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Instead of helping, they made the situation worse. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Flight World to anyone.
