SCAM ITS A FRAUD COMPANYplease avoid this company at any costAfter I did the booking, 24 hours later, I got a call from one of their agents saying the booking wasn’t confirmed. I was told my booking had no baggage allowance, I was told to pay an additional £950to “finalise” the booking. After an argument I said I’m happy to fly without a baggage, but then the guy said you still have to pay another £950 to confirm the booking because the price has gone up. When I requested for a refund guy replied it’s he cannot provide a refund and hung up. Next day I got another call from a different guy repeating the same thing again I said if you can’t provide what I purchased then I have full right for a refund. Same reply from the guy that they cannot provide refund. This is 100% fraud company I wish I had read the reviews before booking. They are doing same with everyone.
SCAM - DONOT TRUST THIS FRAUD COMPANY This was one of the most stressful travel booking experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a flight through a popular comparison site, and Flightoworld appeared to offer a great deal. But it quickly became clear that their advertised prices are completely fake – designed to lure people in with low fares that are not actually available. I am in disbelief how the comparison website allows these scam companies to operate on their site.After booking, I didn’t receive any ticket confirmation right away. Instead, 24 hours later, I got a call from one of their agents saying the booking wasn’t confirmed. They claimed my booking had no baggage allowance – even though the comparison site clearly showed that it did. They then pressured me into paying an additional £869 to “finalise” the booking.The agent insisted that no refund would be possible, despite the fact that the flight had not even been confirmed at that point. This is nothing short of deceptive and unethical business practice.I strongly advise anyone who’s booked with them to immediately contact your bank and try to stop or reverse the transaction before it clears. Unfortunately, some banks may require the payment to go through before they can take action, which makes it even riskier. I have reported this company to ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence and also to the comparison website.Avoid Flightoworld at all costs. In my opinion, this is a scam operation, and I highly doubt they operate legitimately in the UK – all communications were from agents based in India.
I don’t want to give even 1 star but to write a review I had to totally scam after booking they give you confirmation but ask you to wait for 48 hours for e ticket which never arrives and then you get call you need to pay £240 more for each person to confirm return flight 🙄I cancelled my booking so they said 7 days to refund money as I called my cc company they says we have blocked your card as we know it’s fraud company your money is not gone it’s a big scam don’t use them
Do not use! See below - this Company is selling 'wait listed' seats on flights. Not real seats. I bought a Qatar ticket London to Adelaide at a good, too good price. Email advised confirmation in 48hrs. I have used this 3rd party method before with no problems. However, this company called me to say "i see you have a long layover" I said that's fine, I'm going to sightseeing or go for a spa. Then they said "ah but you have no che k in baggage" . I said Qatar always do 30kg but if not, no worries as my partner is on a separate later flight & can bring g my stuff. This stumps them as they are trying to upsell & do not have the ticket you have paid for. Spoke to my bank. As purchase in pending they cannot do anything until it is taken & goes i to dispute. BoS fraud team however gave me an authorisation. Ode & advised to put in writing to company that 'as they could not provide the service I had booked I was entitled to immediate free cancelation'. On further calls company admitted I was only wait listed while they wait (weeks or months!) Until the airline drops prices to what they advertised the sears at. You are not buying a real ticket! I have only given them * one star because when I called them out on their scam they did immediately refund me but it was a stressful 5 days.
