Warning, they are not ABTA or ATOL registered. Initial price advertised was not what I had to pay (more than double)After taking my money and confirming my flight, Airline changed original booking date but Flightoworld do not allow refunds so had to accept either alternative date or pay more for a different airline. :(. Read the small print before you bookCouple of day prior to my journey, Jennie Smith called to confirm my flight was still OK and was very professional so she improved my overall experience with the company - although I would definitely think twice about booking again.
The person that spoke to us nikhil was very good in terms of communicating and helping us through our issues of accidentally choosing a ticket without any checked in baggage . But I would strongly recommend the company to clearly clarify that there are no checked bags so that those taking the ticket thinking there is would know before choosing this ticket . Thank you
I was given a price for a flight the next day, later one I got a call from them, stating that the price I paid was for a basic ticket which the airline apparently did not have a space for it anymore.I was the requested to add over £240 for the same itinerary which was very inconvenient for me and cost me alot more than I would've gotten directly through the airline. The prices were misleading and left me with no choice but to book it as the refund was going to take long before it's issued.
