Please do not take any notice of the 5 star reviews, they are fake.I had the displeasure of dealing with this scam company. Found the flights through a flight comparison website and didn’t notice that the flights were being offered by these guys (my mistake!). I went ahead and booked but then received an email saying I had to wait 48 hours for the tickets. They then said I’d have to pay more to secure other flights as the original ones were not available. I had to spend a week ringing these guys, demanding they remove the pending charge on my card whilst refusing all additional charges they wanted as they hadn’t delivered what had been promised. They did try the bag trick even though they hadn’t even booked a flight yet. Luckily I had used my Amex and I warned them I would dispute the charge the moment it came out of pending. Amex would deal with them if they did take the money. Eventually the charge was removed. What a waste of time. Don’t go near them.
I discovered ‘Flightoworld.uk’ through the Jetcost search engine and proceeded to book a flight via their platform. After booking, I received a confirmation email stating that eTickets would be issued within 48 hours. However, the next day, I received a call from a representative who claimed that my flights did not include any checked baggage despite the fact that I had booked with Qatar Airways, where direct flights do include baggage, and the booking clearly indicated baggage was included.The representative, who introduced himself as "Martin" and spoke with an Indian accent, said I would need to pay an additional £1,000 to include luggage. He was also very rude and had 0 customer service skills. This felt highly suspicious. I said I would call back, and when I dialed the number listed in the confirmation email, the same person answered and repeated the same information. I did however asked consent and recorded this phone call and have it as proof. What made matters worse was that their website advertised free cancellation, yet the advisor insisted this was not true. I then attempted to revisit flightoworld.uk, but the site no longer loaded any flight options for any dates. When searching for the company on Safari, it didn’t appear. When I used Microsoft Edge, the autocomplete suggestion was “flightoworld scam,” which led me to multiple similar complaints here on Trustpilot. They must have done something with my IP address to not allow searches or locating them via Safari. Further research revealed that the company is newly registered with Companies House, and the listed director is based in India. This aligns with the interaction I had with the advisor. It raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and transparency of this business.I have since contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and am awaiting their response. Since contacting my bank ‘Flightoworld’ have emailed and called me numerous times, Im guessing to get more money off me. I have ignored these calls and emails as advised from my bank.Final Thoughts:Avoid Flightoworld under all circumstances. Moreover, major search engines like Jetcost need to take more responsibility for vetting third-party travel agencies before featuring them on their platforms. Yes spent much time to book flights on Qatar air. (where 30kg hold baggage is included) only to be told I had booked without checked bags and it would be some £300+to add hold bags! Sadly I continued only to find that flights departed in very early morning and returned at 0300. Tickets state 25kg hold baggage! Checking trustpilot find that company has zero positive reviews
Extremely Unprofessional and Possibly Scam – Avoid at All Costs! even giving Free Tickets, DON'T trust them...I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Flightoworld. I booked a flight through their website and was given a "reference number" with the promise that the ticket would be confirmed within 48 hours. After waiting and receiving no confirmation or e-ticket, I called their customer service multiple times. Every time, I was told to “wait another 24-48 hours,” which was just an excuse to delay action.More than a week passed and still no confirmed booking or proper response. Their representatives were evasive and unhelpful. I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this business. It feels like a scam – they take your money, provide no service, and avoid accountability.Thankfully, I recorded my calls as evidence and am now seeking legal advice. I strongly urge others to stay away from Flightoworld.uk – don't risk your time, money, or peace of mind.
I had a terrible experience with Flightoworld. They advertise fake fares to lure customers in. Once they take your money, they don’t issue any tickets and completely ignore refund requests. I had to involve my bank just to try to recover my money.This company is a complete scam and should not be allowed to operate on platforms like Jetcost. It’s disappointing that such fraudulent businesses are listed, as it seriously damages trust in the website.

Complete scam company be aware I have seen other sites same name as flightOworld all with bad reviews you can’t even trust Skyscanner anymore as that’s how I came across this company as they were the cheapest. They charge you low price then try to scam you for more. Company based in India. They wasted a lot of time and don’t give refund easily knowing they can’t confirm the flights they tried to tell me Qatar airways books flights with no checked baggage even though when I had booked it their website said I had checked baggage they wanted me to pay an extra £500 horrendous I called Qatar and asked them do all their cabin classes have checked baggage they confirmed they do. Be aware scammer company stay away and watch out for other websites with the same name.
I attempted to book a flight through Flightoworld.uk. The transaction remains pending with my bank, and I have not received a confirmed e-ticket.I contacted the company to request a cancellation, but they refused and insisted I wait. They continue calling me with offers I do not want. I clearly stated I want the transaction cancelled, yet they ignore this and delay.This is unacceptable and misleading. If no ticket has been issued and no service confirmed, the customer has a right to cancel.I have raised a dispute with my bank and will escalate this to Resolver UK and trading standards if needed.
Total Indian scam.Please avoid this company at all cost to avoid any hassle.When you book ticket , they will make excuses, oh you bought ticket without baggage or price for this ticket have increased or you have bought non refundable ticket.This is their way to sell you the ticket for higher and expensive price.Please make sure whenever you book ticket anywhere do not transfer money to the third party instead always make a payment by debit or credit card. In this way you can claim your money through your card if something goes wrong.Big Scam
