This flight company is total scam don’t even try to book it when I book it my the bag is was included and they rang me and said sorry bag is not including so you have to pay extra they rang and say you have to upgrade your ticket which is too expensive . I told send my e tickets whatever I book with the offer, but they’re refusing and they keep offering to the like a high price ticket it’s been like more than 48 hours but still not received a ticket honestly don’t even try to book it. They are scam. It was like past two days. It was so headache to talking with them. Scam ! Scam !
This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had and raised so many red flags that I’ve now had to go through my credit card company to dispute the payment as fraud.They lure you in with “cheap” flights, but what they don’t make clear is that there’s no luggage included. After I paid, I was told I’d receive my tickets within 48 hours, yet I was given no airline booking reference and no real proof that anything had actually been booked.Then came the upselling. I was told I needed to pay over £1,000 extra to “upgrade” just so I could have luggage. They claimed these were “restricted” or “super saver” tickets and said I couldn’t add baggage directly with the airline. When I questioned this, the man actually said, “Mam, I wouldn’t lie to you, are you calling me a liar?”I rang the airline myself to check this, the airline confirmed I could add luggage and even worse, they couldn’t even find a booking in my name.While I still had no tickets, Flightoworld then messaged me on WhatsApp asking for my family’s passport numbers, expiry dates, and nationalities. No confirmed tickets. No airline reference. And they want full passport details? Absolutely not!!!They also tried to charge extra just to add middle names, something that was never mentioned or requested during booking.The 48 hours passed… and surprise — no tickets!After several calls asking to speak to a manager, I was repeatedly told “someone will call you back within 30 minutes.” No one ever did. In the end, I had to refuse to get off the phone before a manager finally came on.When I finally spoke to Alex, the manager, and requested a refund (because the service I paid for hadn’t been delivered in the time-frame promised), he said refunds are “a long process” and kept pushing “alternative options” instead. When I stood firm and said I wanted a refund and I am happy to wait. I was told I needed to put in writing that I wanted to cancel, which felt like an attempt to make it look like this was my choice! Not their failure to issue the tickets as promised.The whole experience was exhausting, stressful, time consuming and deeply concerning.Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS, all the good reviews are false and if I could rate zero stars I would. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. Fraudsters and scammers!!!
After I made the initial booking online. David John a customer service agent saw there was a issue with the baggage allowance on the booking so phoned me and sorted the issue out quickly. David was helpful, polite and very knowledgeable.
The whole thing is a total scam from start to finish. Promised e-ticket in 48 hours. At 72 rang up trying to get more money out of us which we refused. Just informed us that they are unable to issue the tickets as the quoted charge was a "soft charge". I had already contacted Thai Airways who told me that the bookings never existed on their system. Their purported head office is in a block of flats. The whole scam is run out of a call centre in India.I think if you check the reviews that they are generating themselves. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I have already complained to the relevant authorities. They also keep rebranding by slightly changing their trading name. This is a long running scam.
