If could put a minus I would - still waiting for my order, over a month, tried & tried to contact someone, emails & emails to ask WHERE IS MY ORDER AND NOT CHEAP ORDER. How do we get this on watchdog this is criminal service. The actual shop says nothing to do with them, are they a scam?
My girlfriend bought me something from this shop in Copenhagen. As she arrived here in Germany there was a piece missing in the package. I wrote several times to the shop and in short words, they don’t give a damn about this problem. Keep our money, I will never buy something there. Sad!
No order received and no reply from customer serviceI placed an order two weeks ago, apparently “dispatched” on 25th Sep but the tracking still says the carriers haven’t received the parcel. Have tried to contact them via website contact form but had no response.
I absolutely love Flying Tiger, it’s full of such cute little bits and bobs - holiday stuff, art stuff, home stuff, it’s got everything! I personally have never had a problem with Flying tiger, especially the Derby store. Staff are lovely. It’s always quite busy, but absolutely worth it. It’s always quite warm though, but not too much of an issue
Visited Flying Tiger at Cabots Circus Bristol during recent hot weather. The store was just TOO HOT to spend time browsing and other customers were clearly irritated by the heat. The staff are welcoming and helpful but clearly MELTING! Better aircon would create a better experience for shoppers AND staff!
Trying to get a refund on something I didn't order. I ordered some white candles and they sent yellow (ugh). They're now pretending I bought yellow and my next call has to be my credit card company.They have now said they will give me a refund so in the interests of fairness I have amended this review to report this and amended the rating to 3 stars.
Generally I have had very good experience in flying Tiger but today I went to the Watford Atria mall and I was served in the Till by a customer service executive named JACK who was extremely rude and I’ll mannered had a very very bad experience and continued to argue even after telling him not to be rude..

I am now having to contact my card provider to execute a case against them to get my money back. Literally fraudulent behavior - take money without exchange for goods. Crooks
Flying Tiger CambridgeI had never been in this store before but i was looking for something for my friend for her birthday. I chose a Chinese tea light holder and went to the till, I wanted to ask if they could put some paper around it so it wouldn't break but when I got to the till the very rude young man just said "are you paying cash", I said no and before I could say I wanted to ask if he could wrap my product up he just pointed to the self service till and said "use those this is cash only". When I went to ask again he just huffed at me and pointed again and rudely said "those this is cash only". There are plenty of places in Cambridge that sell little gifts, I don't need to shop there and I don't ever need to go back there. As we are in a cost of living crisis I suggest you should improve your customer service as you are selling nothing in your shop that I couldn't find in a dozen other shops in Cambridge. I will not be back.
