Awful, disgraceful shocking should be arrested for daylight robbery, my little girl wanted a 5 pound plushie they are charging 10 shipping that takes 10-30 days! Also the quality of their stuff is rubbish, close these crooks down now

Really wish I’d read the reviews firstAfter seeing some products on This Morning (UK TV show) I ordered some Halloween items & party bag fillers as we are holding a charity party for our lads & their school friends. No communication from the company to explain why my delivery is late or when I can expect it! I emailed them yesterday, no reply yet but it’s the weekend. They stated 5 days delivery timeframe or I wouldn’t have bought from them especially the party bag fillersI’m really worried that I’m going to have to go out & buy more stuff for the party & be left with useless stuff that I have zero use for! It’s not been a pleasant experience & due to the lack of communication I won’t order from them again. Really disappointed

I was going to buy some stuff (I love the Halloween products). But the webshop only accepts credit cards! Barely anyone in the Netherlands has one.I'd have to visit a store to be able to buy anything.

First time online shop was great

First time online shop was great! I bought a good amount of things I would worry would break (mugs, bowls, vases, etc) and they all came really well packed and in one piece! Took about a week to arrive which was what was stated when ordering.Overall really impressed with the items and online shopping.

Goods never got to me - unresponsove

Goods never got to me, customer service spent over a week looking into my case still not heard from them after multiple messages. Courier 'Evri' said there was a failed delivery at 04:50am the same morning i got a message saying it was going back to their storage. Don't waste your time, I'm still waiting on correspondence and a refund.

Great store! Loads of amazing stuff! Love the art products!Visited on Wednesday.Served by Joel P - that is the name recorded on my receipt.Has a beard, said he lives a1/2 hour train ride away.What a lovely guy!It was an absolute pleasure to speak to him. Made my day!

Second Blaeser Fan that Doesn't Work

Second Blaeser fan that doesn't work. This one going back for a full refund. I would not recommend buying anything battery operated from them. It is cheap tat. Two stars awarded, as a few other items I have bought from them - storage jars etc. - have been okay and value for money.

I DONT KNOW WHY THIS IS STILL SELLING!!!!

Me and my bestie were buying your pearl clay and first i paid for it and then i got a unexpected surprise that all of them went hard, so i asked for a new one and brung that home. We opened it up and it was all disgusting we tried every pot and they all stained our hands terribly. This is a pack for 4 year olds and over if they ate this accidentally they would have a terrible time and there hands would be destroyed. So decide to either make it better or close it down because this is the first and hopefully last bad review i write of you.CHANGE THIS NOW!!!!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. An item I bought that needs to be heated. I put it in the microwave according to the instructions and it ruptured. Flying Tiger will not take responsibility and told me there is nothing to do, since I bought it abroad. Very disappointed!
