Review Time
Really dissatisfied with this company, first time ordering online after having made a few small purchases in store but as there are none local to me I thought I would try online. That was the first and last time. I had made a purchase after receiving an alert the item I was after was back in stock. Had confirmation of my purchase later that same day. Confirmation sent to confirm it was on its way then a few hours later I received an email saying I was issued a refund as the item was out of stock. With it being busy time of year I understand stock levels can change frequently. However, the product is still available for sale on their website! Wish I read previous reviews as seems have issues with stock/delivery and auto responses from costumer service Avoid!edit- I have since had a generic response from the company and no refund as of yet. Supposed to take 10 working days - avoid at all costs worst experience ever!
Made an order over a month ago. According to tracking it hasn't even been shipped. I am moving house soon and so will not get this package. I have contacted "customer service" 5 times and have not received a reply once. It was a hefty order and I just want my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID
I saw this shop recommended for Secret Santa gifts and ordered something that I thought would be a step above the usual stuff, it looked nice. Over 10 days later I still haven't received it despite it being dispatched as per an email from them. The problem is, the courier also never received it and it was only ever displayed as 'with sender'. I have no idea about what their physical shops are like, but I would never use their online store again. The only saving grace was I paid through Paypal and put in a dispute with them (after messaging the store and getting a reply saying they would aim to deal with my request in 8 - 10 days). I got the refund immediately. So my only advice is if you do need to buy online from them, use Paypal so that you can more easily get a refund when it goes wrong.
Did an online order which took forever to arrive, took them a week to respond to my email asking where my order was, their only response was that my order was marked as delivered (which it hadn’t been) and if I was still having trouble I should fill out the form in the FAQ section of the website. There was no such form, so I responded to the email to ask for further help and got no response. Another week later I received an email saying my case had been successfully closed! Very poor company, shan’t fall for their ads again.
Love the flying tiger store DO NOT LOVE the online shopping experience. Ordered a huge order of wrapping paper. Didn't get shipping updates. Then when it arrived (took forever) the whole order that i received was completely wrong!!! Not one item in the box was an item i had ordered! Avoid shopping online if you actually want the items you've ordered. I have contacted customer service and not had any reply at all!
What went wrong? The shops are lovely but the online experience is shocking. Delivery time promises are a guess rather than reality. You place an order, they wait a few days then give you a non existent tracking number and boom, your moneys gone and they don’t answer any enquiries. I wish I had read other reviews before chancing making an order. My advice is avoid at all costs.
