Delayed delivery

Wish I had read other reviews before placing an online order with Flying Tiger. Order placed on 1st December and still none the wiser as to if/when it will turn up. No response to email I sent several days ago either. Would just like a refund at this point...Update: Eventually heard back from Flying Tiger who offered me a refund, so I’m changing my review to 3*. Would still not order online with them again though.

NEVER buy online with Tiger

To be fair, I LOVE Tiger shops - their goods are brilliant quality and very on the button with style and flair.However....... like many before me I am fed up now waiting for goods I ordered over 6 weeks ago.I'm going to stick one in the eye for everyone who voted to leave the EU - this is a direct result of how this ridiculous notion of leaving our beloved neighbours in Europe affects us on a day to day basis. I appreciate that Tiger has been caught up in this sh** show.Another, However....Tiger should have the good sense to inform customers of the extreme delays that occur now with orders coming in from Europe. My nearest store is about 80 miles away, I will now make the effort to visit them rather than buy online.

The same as most of the others, but now sorted

The same as most of the others . Ordered 16th November told it was held up in Poland, then 2nd December told it would be delivered in the next 3 days as yet nothing ! Flying tiger never replied to any e mail. I could have bought the things in a store in this time.Rubbish service.My order has now arrived and a very kind reply from Flying Tiger. I will continue to use the Stores in future.
