Don’t buy online from this company

Don’t buy online from this company. I should have looked on Trust Pilot. I bought an online item at the end of November for a Xmas present and I am still waiting. No email response from Flying Tiger regarding the order after contacting them twice regarding non delivery and conflicting tracking information from Evri. Both Flying Tiger and Evri are chaotic. I’ve requested a refund but hold no hope in getting it or the parcel.

Love the flying tiger store HATE the online shopping experience!I had ordered 3 mugs and a gingerbread house,i had to wait 2-3 weeks for my package and when it finally arrived... one mug and the gingerbread house were broken.After sending and waiting more than a week for the response, they send me a mail that my package was well received???? Do they even read those mails, or do they just respond automatically. Never again!!

cheap quality item

Went into Southampton branch, saw nice looking A5 diary. Not cheap £8. Got it home wrote name in it with the lightest pen i had, shows through to the other side, so when i use my normal blue, it will be as dark on the reverse side as it is on the front, totally obscuring what i write. Meant to be a stress free planner of goals etc, totally useless. wafer thin paper. went online, il try contact them "our response time is 8-10 days" dreadful customer service. And as it will cost me fiver to go into town not worth going in specially. so result - i will NEVER shop in Tiger again!

Was buying tote bags at Tottenham Court Road branch. The chap on the till was serving someone and i was next in line, he asked if i was paying cash or card and i responded card. He said self checkout and i responded i'm not done yet i need another 5 bags. I could clearly hear him say jesus christ so i asked did you say something.....ignored. He then asked can i help with something, i responded that i needed another 5 bags which i was given so i went to self checkout.The chap on the till in the pink mask clearly decided that i was a bad customer and did an exagerated fececous "have a nice day" as i was exiting store. Very unpleasent man, i'll avoid this branch

Super Christmas Shopping Experience

Fabulous online shopping experience all over the Christmas shopping period and sales in January. Orders were on time beautifully and sensitively packaged and in some cases of a much higher quality than I expected. I went back to your site again and again for decorations for presents and stocking fillers. Here I am revisiting for lovely autumn items !

They took the money but there's no sign of delivery

I placed an order on 27th November which is 10 days ago from today, I received an invoice then nothing - no delivery details except to say the product was still with the sender. I contacted them by email and received a response but when I responded to that, the email bounced back. I have no confidence I will receive either my order or a refund

Absolutely shocking. Stores are fantastic but please don’t order online. I ordered my gifts in November and still I have no idea when they will be despatched. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Please don’t order anything from here. The online experience is nothing like the store at all. There are no delivery updates and no responses at all to enquiries. The “tracking” service doesn’t exist. Your product will never arrive. You will never get an explanation or a refund. I honestly believe this is a scam site and should be taken down. Please don’t waste your money ,

I wish I had read the reviews before

I wish I had read the reviews before. I placed an order on the 23rd of November. I saw the shipping could take between to 5-9 working days (they still charge £5) but it is still sat in waiting to Ship on the 7th of December. Contacted customer service and they said it can take 10 working days for a response. Would never use this company again

Don't deal with them

Don't deal with them. Their self-service tills can charge you twice (and paying by phone and no paper receipt means you don't know this has happened at the time). They either don't read or lose your emails (I've sent five). They say they've resolved your issue when they haven't. They claim you haven't sent relevant info when you have. You'll go round and round in circles!
