Flying Tiger CambridgeI had never been in this store before but i was looking for something for my friend for her birthday. I chose a Chinese tea light holder and went to the till, I wanted to ask if they could put some paper around it so it wouldn't break but when I got to the till the very rude young man just said "are you paying cash", I said no and before I could say I wanted to ask if he could wrap my product up he just pointed to the self service till and said "use those this is cash only". When I went to ask again he just huffed at me and pointed again and rudely said "those this is cash only". There are plenty of places in Cambridge that sell little gifts, I don't need to shop there and I don't ever need to go back there. As we are in a cost of living crisis I suggest you should improve your customer service as you are selling nothing in your shop that I couldn't find in a dozen other shops in Cambridge. I will not be back.
Twice now I have had problems with the Westbourne Grove Store. Yesterday Sunday 6th August 23. I popped in there as I really love their quirky stuff.I was approached by a girl, she said to me, 'i need to pay for my glasses at the till. She mentioned something about the tag, but my hearing is not good as im an old women. I ask her do you think I stole my glasses from here. I told her they are from Oliver Bonas. I entered the store with them on my face. I need to walk with my Enhanced DBS to show these people who stereotype me. Would NOT recommend Westbourne Grove Store.
I placed an order on 22nd June, understanding there was a 5-7 working day delivery. Once placed I had an update to apologise about the tracking info as it was apparently incorrect and therefore unable to track the order. By this point it had been a day or two and for some reason I thought to check the trust pilot reviews, which were terrible and did not paint a good picture! The items ordered were birthday presents needed by a specific timeframe. After a couple of days of worrying as the tracking had not been updated either, the items did indeed arrive within the 5-7 working day timeframe (although the delivery driver came to my house and said he did not have the parcel, only to then return half an hour later with it?!) so overall although a bit sketchy the items did arrive in time!! Items arrived in expected good condition. I would order online again!
Flying Tiger Cambridge!Would like to thank Antonia Terry for her excellent customer service where she called me a b***ch in front of my two 3 year old boys when I asked to speak to her manager for her inappropriate behaviour. Really hope Flying Tiger would take necessary steps to avoid customers from experiencing such level of abuse from your employees.
I placed two orders two weeks ago, both were “dispatched” a week ago but the tracking still says the carriers haven’t received either parcel. They will not help you through any social media channels. The only way to contact them is by email and don’t expect a response. I think I will have to open a case with my bank to get a refund, really disappointed with the complete lack of communication
Parcel lost- never got to the UK. Contacted their customer service and was told they were moving their warehouse so presumably that was how it was lost. There was no information on their website at the time of ordering to suggest issues with delays or I would not have made an order. No mention of a refund. I like shopping in store but would never buy online again.
I ordered £100 worth of small items on the 1st of june as party bag presents for my sons 8th birthday party which is tommorow (June 10th) Shipping on website said 5-9 days. Had email to say the goods had been shippeed on the 5th. Nowhere on the website did it say they were being shipped from abroad. Items have still not arrived in the u.k In order to be shipped via dhl. Nothing for party had to drive 40 miles to a large tesco and spend even more money. If they ever do arrive what the hell am i expected to do with them now. What an utter waste of money plus the added stress.
