Review Time
Seen to have a similar problem to many people leaving bad reviews. I have ordered all my Christmas stocking fillers on their website as I absolutely love their products but the 6 working day delivery has proven to be a total let down. I have contacted all of flying tigers socials and emailed Customer service but have yet to receive a response. I have no idea what I am going to do for Christmas now. Such a disaster and I’m so disappointed in the lack of response.Edit: my order came!! Don’t rely on the tracking website, it came with DPD! Delighted Christmas has been saved, hols out hope!
Same problem as everyone else...Items ordered, nothing has turned up. Have emailed customer services twice and no reply. I am shielding so can't go out the shops. Problems happen in life but there's no excuse for no comms from customer services. Total let down.
In previous years I have bought from their UK stores but with Covid-19 I ordered on line. I will NEVER do so again. They happily take your money, billed to a company in Dublin, Ireland. They do not deliver the products ordered. They do not respond to emails. Their stores do not answer the telephone. If you contact customer service, an automated response tells you that they'll be in touch in 48 hours. They do not respond, no matter how many messages you send. Do not trust or buy from this business.
I put in an order worth over €40 on November 30th, thought it'd be a handy way to get Christmas shopping done without having to leave the house...never again!Got an email December 1st to say my order was on the way. Have heard nothing since and it's been 13 days. Website says it should take 4-6 working days to deliver. Skynet tracking just says my order is in transit, but it has been for the last two weeks. I now have no idea if my delivery will arrive before Christmas or if I now need to go out & redo my Christmas shopping. Well I won't be doing it in Tiger anyway!My trust in ordering from Tiger is completely gone.*Update 15th Dec*Checked Skynet to see that the status was updated to say that my order is...still in Poland, 15 days on from my initial order. Saga continues!*Update 30th Dec*Order arrived today, a month late! Emailed for a refund last week so waiting on response.
Ordered in November and still no delivery. No emails back, tracking information or any responses on social media. Edit: still haven't received my items but I have now been fully refunded and said when items do arrive, I'm to keep them as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you Flying Tiger for sorting the issue.
Placed an online order at the end of November for Christmas decorations and stocking fillers. My tracking says it is currently in Poland but the last update was 2nd December. Have contacted customer services on the email provided but no reply. Really just want a refund at this point. Will avoid online shopping with you again, it’s just not good enough! At least update us if you are having problems with shipping!!
I placed my order on 15th November. I understand that they are new to delivering to the UK and Brexit etc. may be causing teething issues but when their website says delivery takes 4-6 days I would have expected to receive this by now 20 working days later. I also received an email saying it had left customs on 2nd December and to expect the delivery within 2-3 working days. I contacted Flying Tiger's customer services when this didn't arrive, they said I would receive a response within 3 working days but did not hear anything. I then emailed the delivery company Skynet who told me I would receive a new email today with new tracking details but this also didn't arrive. Like everyone else my parcel contains Christmas presents which look like they won't arrive. It's disappointing that Flying Tiger's customer service is poor and are also sending out incorrect information e.g. saying FedEx are delivering when it's another company. I enjoy visiting their stores when I'm near one (my nearest is 50 miles away) but would not recommend using their online shop.
Like so many others ordered end November still waiting, emailed twice, no response other than the standard we'll get back to you in a few days etc but no response. I only ordered online as they didn't have the product in store, sadly things like this damage your reputation and I will even think twice before shopping with you in a store now. I want a refund now but really doubt that will happen as they do not answer messages.
