Order not received but charged for it. No explanation. Sent 2 emails (almost 2 weeks ago) to ask why and had no reply to either . No telephone number available to contact them. Not sure what else I can do. Would never order from them again.

Terrible customer service

I wish I had looked at reviews before I purchased. Ordered 9 candles and after a wait they arrived and two were broken. i contacted the company and they said they would refund me for the two candles but if I wanted them replacing I would have to reorder. What rubbish service that is. I repled with a 'have a nice day' message !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I have to wait up to 10 days for my refund. Not happy

Placed an online order on 7th November…

Placed an online order on 7th November with 10 day delivery- as of November 25th no sign of it- used to love this company- no idea why they use yodel as a courier as they are completely useless and have 0 customer service for when they repeatedly fail to deliver parcels- shame as I used to love shopping here but I never will again after this experience

Online orders take forever, if they arrive at all.

Like others, I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered. I placed an order on 14th November and, despite an email saying my order was on its way, nothing. I've just checked Skynet tracking and it says the order is still in Poland! Poland! Why? Flying Tiger proclaims its in Copenhagen so why is my order coming from Poland? I definitely would not have ordered if I'd known. This is not a good online experience and Flying Tiger should be ashamed of itself.

I used to love this company, but it really isn't what it was :(

It's sad and tiring that we seem to live in a time where it is much smarter to check TrustPilot reviews instead of trusting our own experiences we made with companies just a few years back.I used to love this company - back in 2016 when I moved to the UK and came across this store, I was so pleased. I have since moved and the city I live in now doesn't have a Flying Tiger store, so I haven't been in one of their stores in a long time. I have gone ahead and ordered a few bits and pieces for Christmas and, seeing how shipping costed me £10, expected the package in the near future (I've had packages from Japan and the US arriving faster than this one) - it is still stuck in Poland and hasn't moved since Nov 10th. Customer service tells me to chill and that this delivery time is to be expected and reasonable - I disagree as I have family and friends in Germany and receive packages sent from them within 3-5 days for around the same cost of postage - yes, also in the busy season, in fact I received one just last week.Both Germany and Poland are in Europe, they are neighbouring countries, so I don't see how it is acceptable that just because it is from Poland, this takes 2x longer (or even more, it hasn't even moved yet as I said). Let's see if I will ever receive what I ordered in time for Christmas. Absolutely disappointed, from now on I will check the reviews of every company I order from, even if they served me well in the past and I really liked them.

What has happened to this company When they first opened in the uk they were fantastic a breath of fresh air Now all they have is over priced rubbish with staff who would find farting too much effort

Don't expect that anything from this store will last

Most of the products are such bad items with low or none quality control and they don't last more than few days.

£10 for a small item to deliver and it took 8-10 working days. It's must be a joke. Why you even have an online store? It's just ridiculous.

BIG FAIL

BIG FAIL - in shop purchase, Maidstone. I was so excited to see tinted reading glasses, boxed up and sealed, all for £6. Tried on a tester for style, good. Tried on testers for strength, good. Selected the appropriate box and paid my money feeling very pleased. Got home, cut the seal and opened the box - EMPTY!!! Not happy!!
