Great customer service

Great customer service. I was involve with a knock for knock collision with damage to my front wing. I took the car for assessment it was in for repair the following week, returned to me the week after. I was fully informed of progress via text's, the courtesy car was delivered and collected to me. A really good job was carried out.

Kept informed throughout

Other than the wait for the part and it being outsourced due to the work being glass panel related, the service was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the repair. A hire car was made available throughout and the drop off and collection were all straightforward.

What a great job FMG Norwich

What a great job FMG Norwich did. I had a new car that was hit by a third party that I was unable to claim against. Nominated by my insurer, FMG's friendly staff made the whole experience more bearable. The process was easy and efficient, with repairs completed in days to restore my car to brand new. Great work. Very impressed with all involved. Thank you and very much recommended.

Car repairs following an accident.

The whole experience from start to finish was so easy and faultless. From the initial contact, collection and delivery of my car and the quality of the repairs was excellent.I was treated exceptionally well by everyone involved. Prices Garage, Enterprise Newport, SAGA insurance and FMG were all superb. Communication was excellent. My courtesy car was brilliant and receiving my car back with top notch repairs and cleaned inside and out was the icing on the cake. Thank you to all involved.

We had a crash in our brand new VW…

We had a crash in our brand new VW Polo. The passenger side was a mess. FMG Bristol did the repair on the car and we got it back today. They have done a marvellous job and the car looks like brand new. You wouldn't think that there have ever been anything wrong. So pleased and over the moon with the repair.

Great repair on Landrover

Great repair on my landrover after being hit in the rear. Parts took a long time to come in but I was kept informed regularly by text message. I was still able to use the vehicle whilst waiting for the repair. Was very happy with the result.

Highly Recommended

My car was involved in a hit and run and left me with substantial damage to my car. FMG were appointed by my insurance company. From day one they kept me informed by emails, on line or telephone. The work they did was exceptional and no longer can you see any evidence of the damage caused. Highly recommended.

Had a repair on my car by FMG at Gateshead , brilliant service , very happy with the repair. Courtesy car provided was in very good condition and suited my needs. All staff I encountered were professional, courteous and friendly. No hesitation in recommending FMG.

They Make cowboys look proffesional

My car went here for a simple bumper repair following damage at an airport parking company. They were unable to sort a hire car out as promised and I had do deal with that and still didn't get anywhere close to a like for like as promised. It took them a week to assess the repair, after that they delivered a still damaged bumper with a shoddy pair job that looks like it was painted before being cleaned, a strange bulge had appeared under it and it wasn't put on straight... The manager had inspected this apparently. I refused to accept this repair and they then went quiet, it takes weeks for them to answer an email and they don't answer the phones. Customer service is a joke at best but non existent would be a better example. Over a month since they had my car and I am no closer to a repair. In short.... It seems to be run by cowboys and liars.
