Excellent Service from FMG, NorwichI recently had my car repaired at FMG in Norwich after it was damaged in a collision with a deer. The front bumper and right headlamp area sustained significant damage. As this was an insurance claim, I was directed to FMG for the bodywork repairs.From the start, their customer service was outstanding. They took in my car promptly once a courtesy vehicle was available, kept me informed throughout, and got straight to work as soon as the necessary parts arrived from BMW. The repairs were completed within just 4 days, and I got my car back looking as good as new.The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was especially impressed by the lifetime warranty offered on the repair work, which shows real confidence in their workmanship.As the service was handled through my insurance, I can’t comment on pricing, but based on the quality of the experience, I would happily recommend FMG to others. Really pleased with the over all service.
My experience with FMG Car Repairs was exceptionally good. The whole team are very friendly and professional from start to finish. We're do I start, 1 year 4 months later, and they still cannot fulfil their payments, took 1 year and 2month, to admit there missing timescale, and still cannot payout even after all the promises, always an excuse, somebody is dealing with it, never do, I think they just pick a random claim and say let's fek this guy up
