Daughter’s car damaged by vehicle insured by QBE who, in turn, appointed FMG to deal with everything on their behalf. Misinformation/conflicting information/lack of activity throughout, formal complaint inevitably just results in being fobbed off. Life is too short to waste even more time taking the complaint to the ombudsman. An absolutely disgraceful organisation who are doing the insurer’s reputation no good whatsoever.
From start to finish FMG ilkeston have been fantastic!! They contacted me the same day of the accident to arrange collection of my vehicle, and my replacement car was also dropped off the same evening. All updates were communicated via their online portal and the standard of work is fantastic. No complaints- Well done FMG!!
The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, I would highly recommend this company, with the care they took in repair and also cleaned all inside my car which I was not expecting,and also their communication was spot on, no issues whats so ever.
