If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I was the innocent party when a Tesco insured driver ran into the back of me. His car was written off and he was paid out in full a week ago. It is now a month down the line and despite 5 separate calls and empty promises from FMG I still do not have authorisation for any repair. My chosen repairer warned me about FMG and the warnings are coming to fruition. An absolute disgrace of a company.

If I could give more stars I would!!From when I phoned them to collecting my car they were kind, courteous, professional and polite. My car is like new, the timescale was as explained to me at the start, genuinely cannot fault them

Great service from the Norwich branch

Great feedback at all stages of the repair. The work carried out was to a very high standard and I was surprised to find the car was valeted too, which was a nice touch. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The quality of the work

The quality of the work done seem to be excellent and the car was left in a nice clean condition. The courtesy car provided was a bit underwhelming and I had to drive 20 miles into the sun to fetch my own vehicle. Communication with FMG was good, though I thought the fact that I received a message saying the car was ready on Friday at 5.35 was a bit cynical as nobody was there until Monday.

Car was repaired very quickly and with care. Was highly delighted when I picked my car up, that they had gone to the trouble to clean inside and out, and even to make the wheels look sparkling! The staff were really friendly, and kept me up to date with what was happening. Thank you very much, very recommended!
