Repairs were done to a high standard with good communications. FMG handled the case on behalf of the third party who ran into our vehicle.Our car was picked up from and returned to our home address exactly on time. Slightly disappointed by the courtesy car, as we were initially promised the same brand as our own (Tesla).
An excellent service received all round from the day of booking the car in to the day it was returned back to me from FMG HUDDERSFIELD. I had regular updates which I found useful, my car was collected and delivered back to me by two really friendly gentleman. I am really pleased with the work they have carried out on my VW golf.
We were so impressed with how FMG handled our repair. We were given a courtesy car while they carried out the repair to our car and they kept us updated on the progress by email and texts. Unfortunately, we were unable to open these but we phoned and updated that way. If we had been able to open the texts or emails that would have meant we could have given a 5star review.
Not entirely sure what their purpose is. I had to liaise with the garage directly, had to liaise with the hire company. And when I called them they just pointed me to one of the others. They constantly spam my phone and email for updates even though I have already provided them.Don’t need this haste on top of trying to get your car back after 2 and a half months
