Literally where do I start? Failed to contact me to arrange a courtesy car cover which took over a week of trying to get one. Finally get one only for the courtesy car they provided to have no tax! Then they undertook the repairs to the car and then set off to do the programming only for whoever to have not put the bonnet down properly and for them to smash my windscreen and rip the bonnet off its hinges. Waited for this to be done only for them to tell me that now they’ve done the programming they have identified that the tracker is missing and it will be another 10 days before the part can come in despite me telling them on numerous stages that the tracker was missing. This is the abridged version of events. I did have someone fairly decent in their customer service and now even she is ignoring me as I’m supposed to have a director call me over this. debacle.
My car was broken into on the 9/10/23. And my car is still in a compound on st albans where fmg had it taken to. Its been there two weeks. Was told it was going to b taken to repair shop. But nothing yet. Spoke to them this morning. Very apologetic. But couldn't tell me why it was still there. Absolutely dreadful company. No one has ever contacted me. The car was picked up in the evening of 9/10/23. It was literally dragged on to the pick up truck as it had no steering wheel. And lastly there was no drivers window. But it as been stuck in an open air compound for 2 weeks. Shocking experience. I would give no stars if possible. Get your finger out fmg.

The garage still waiting for information on my car! I had an accident and waiting for repair, the crazy thing is in 2023 they can't get in touch with a garage to them instructions about my case!Unbelievable
