Excellent experience

Excellent experience from the initial contact to the repair. I was kept up to date at every stage which was reasuring it meant I didnt need to seek advice. Any employee I dealt with were helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

Very poor service

Very, very, very poor. 2 months down the line and still no car repair. Collected our car with promise of a hire car that was not delivered. Had drive 25 minutes each way toCollect the car without repair as it is essential for school run. They really do not know what they are doing. Using an accident claim company now to get repairs done for an accident (Arrow xpress) damaging my car when I was not present.

Very bad

Very bad! Still waiting they send my bmw m5 to the garage! They are not able to send an email and get in touch with the garage since 2 months! Unbelievable Staff are rude, they don’t take time to check, just read what’s on the computer like a machine!

This company was tasked with the organisation of repairs to my car, communication, length of time to repair, location of bodyshop & organisation of courtesy car all went amazingly well, would definitely use this company again if I'm unfortunate to have my car pinged again, well done
