Absolutely appalling service.Car taken to storage and not moved to garage for 3 days. No courtesy car till at garage. When car arrived at garage, asked for courtesy car. Lady surprised I hadn't already got one. But none available so I would have to wait!I asked for a car to be hired but as was weekend, nothing would be done till Monday. That will mean 5 days without a car if it arrives then. Absolutely dreadful service.
Communication and delays for return of my vehicle on time from original date was some what of a let-down. Interior lighting was not working in my vehicle when it was returned to me either , meaning I had to take it back again for it to be sorted out
I would just like to say that the experience we had with fmg was , first class service, we had a accident, me and my Wife as we are an elderly couple, we did not know how to go on as we have never had a accident before, LAURA at fmg sorted it all out for us, took away all the stress of a difficult situation for us, Thankyou Robert and Sheila
