Review Time
OK. I didn't choose to sort out my own repair. You told me to. I haven't had time recently. Not having a degree in mechanical engineering or even bothering to try and decipher their requirements I currently think that they are not worth my time. So sorry for having a life that doesn't include you.
Fmg wow what a let down. Was told a week ago I would have a hire car delivered to my address it didn't turn up so I spent 48 min getting through to a dept that didn't deal with this on a Saturday instead of informing me it was closed I was put through to existing claims and waited on hold a further 1hr 40 mins before giving up I called and different number and yet again was put through to wait a further 2 hrs to a dept that was shut . I called Sunday and was told you are shut. My car was booked in on Monday.I then called today and to be fair she did try to help I was on the phone a further 1hr 12 min to be told the garage will pick mu car up but can't book a hire car until its on the garage forecourt . I asked if it could be dropped at my address fir my partner to sign but got told no I am now having to take risk the garage picking my car up with no means of getting home or too work the next morning. I have part x my car and due to get my new car within the next 10 days. Its an impossible situation . If I was told last week that information I could of sorted this on my 3 days off and wouldn't of mattered instead I was promised a car which didn't get booked . I don't want anyone in trouble the guy I spoke to and the lady to be fair was very nice and helpful I'm not being awkward I'm just saying it how it is . I have spoken to enterprise who stated its unlikely to get a car with a couple of hrs notice.I have now be billed £90 from my phone company . I have emailed fmg twice and put a review on here can someone contact me please asap or I will be taking this further.
Please avoid Walsall FMG starting from reception and finished on the repair staff only I can say rude and useless.No communication they not answer for phone calls. After repair my car was more dirty then I have send them plus they damaged my leather interior by sharp tools. Awful,scombacks rude service include reception.Please avoid
