6 weeks on and still waiting for car to be collected

Avoid Tesco Car Insurance and avoid FMG. 6 weeks ago our drivers side wing mirror was smashed off by a passing motorist rendering the car undriveable. We logged it with Tesco’s who forwarded us to FMG to whom we provided all the photo evidence and car details as requested. 6 weeks on and the car remains on our drive way. No one calls you back. We’re being forced to take this to the financial ombudsman all for the sake of a broken wing mirror. Utter madness. Avoid if you can.

They have had my car for 6 days now and…

They have had my car for 6 days now and still cannot give me an assesment on weather it is repairable or not - looks like I could be loosing a pre booked holiday because of this as I need a tow car

Cannot answer a telephone!

Squeezed themselves into a position where their taking a commission regarding an ASDA delivery driver who reversed into my car .. and then cannot answer the telephone to enable me to proceed with my claim.

FMG Norwich. Customer service was excellent emails replied to promptly and calls returned by Sara. My Car was returned the dent repaired, trim replaced and car cleaned inside and out. Painless experience they collected my car dropped off courtesy car then swapped back.
