I had to take the car to garage for initial evaluation. Following this the car was collected, repaired, cleaned and returned. I was kept informed by telephone and text on the progress and all completed within the time frame.

First time experience, First class service (Norwich)

Was contacted the day after my accident for a repair assessment. Parts were ordered and my vehicle was booked in for repair. I was contacted at each stage of the repair process which i thought was a nice touch. Upon completion of the repairs my vehicle looked like it did when it came out of the showroom. A very professional service from start to finish.
