I’ve never known anything like it between this company and the repair firm they made me use 3 months for a bumper and screen repair. Had to reject repair because the bumper was loose trim’s coming off tyre wall damaged making it unsafe in the end after being lied to telling me it was going to a different garage to be put right returned unsafe to drive fmg told me to get repair done send receipt they would pay for it. Never got the payment no communication waste of time emailing or spending ages on the phone waiting for a answer tesco insurance have lost a customer because of this firm luckily i have the photo and email to take it further i would advise try and sort your own repair with a reputable local company un like what we got
Beware of the telephone numbers this company use. I was charged £9 for a 15 minute call to them !!Also you will note they never respond to non positive experiences on this forum. That speaks volumes for the accountability of the company.
Whilst the service initially was good and the replacement vehicle delivered as soon as possible. My damaged vehicle sat outside my house for nearly a week. Then when it was returned, I compared it to what was on the estimate. Not all carried out. Then to add insult to injury, the repairer had damaged a plastic internal panel to gain access to the rear light cluster and hoped we wouldn’t notice. I’m now at day 4 since notifying FMG and still haven’t had a solution offered. Poor customer service in my opinion
