Really easy process to book my car in for both the initial assessment and repair. They were able to collect and drop off my vehicle to my home which was extremely helpful. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly. The work that has been completed is fantastic - really impressed. My only negative feedback is the wait time for a courtesy car was 2/3 months. I couldn’t wait that long, but was in the fortunate position I had access to my wife’s car. I would imagine the majority of people who have their cars repaired need access to a courtesy car, and they need to accommodate for such a shortage. I was also told my car would be cleaned and valeted. When it was returned to me it had bird poo all on the roof, front bumper and driver door. I imagine it’s been cleaned and then parked under a tree before being returned to me. Again, not a huge issue, just feedback.
The whole process of the repair was brilliant from start to finish. It was picked up from our home we were offered a courtesy car we were kept informed throughout the repair.The car was brought back to us looking like brand new they have done a great job it was also cleaned, polished the tyres were blacked and the inside hoovered we found everyone we spoke to polite and friendly
