All the staff were helpful and friendly, the office staff, those who picked the car up and delivered the car back even down to help with the mobile phone payment process (Laurence). I had a motor incident recently and FMG carried out the repair work to my vehicle, I found them very helpful and polite, they explained every stage of the repair and estimated completion date. They picked my car up very promptly after my incident and returned it back to me in just over a week. The work done was to an excellent standard and I would highly recommend FMG to anyone needing any repair work to there vehicle.
