Review Time
From the time I reported the incident to my insurer (Saga) I was keep fully informed on the progress of the necessary repairs. I was supplied with a courtesy car very quickly which meant that I was able carry on as normal. The repairs were completed on time and to a very high standard.
It may have taken 5 months to get my car back, but this in no way reflects on the service provided by FMG in Leamington Spa. The parts required were difficult to get hold of. FMG kept me updated with weekly reports on the status of my car. They answered any queries I had with professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely recommend them.
Great initial evaluation of damage to car. The guy was very thorough and keen to get it spot on. Fantastic communication via phone, email and text. Somebody always answered phone and never left on hold. Brilliant service throughout. Work was done quickly and to excellent standard. The car looked great when collected. Had been washed and valeted inside and out to exceptional standard.
Occasionally, no matter what you do, you have a case which just goes wrong from start to end. It’s nothing intentional, it’s not true to form, nor is it deep poor practice or negligence necessarily, it’s just the law of sod.My car was that law sod. Over a period of nearly 2 months. FMG however were outstanding. Yes, it took four attempts to get the car right, but really the service they provided in terms of making sure that it was corrected was exceptional.To me, it’s not about an error, it’s about how you deal with it. And the whole team in the Slough/Burnham repair Centre were awesome.I thank them all for their perseverance to do the right thing. I want to personally highlight the services from the driver Anthony, front of house Tamara and April, and of course, Keith (a.k.a. Andy - you know who you are).Your relentless pursuit of making it right was awesome. And never once was I out of touch or out of a courtesy car. So thank you to my insurer for selecting such a fine partner.
I recently had my car repaired by fmg and was very Impressed with the way it was done it was picked up from my home and within two days I had a call from fmg to say that the repairs were completed and the car was ready to be either picked up or delivered back to my house I am very pleased with the service and the work carried out and would recommend fmg to anyone Thank you very much
