I am a true platinum blonde, and so I ordered the platinum blonde ponytail wrap. The ponytail I received was straight SILVER!!! After washing it several times with clarifying shampoo to no avail, I had to do a bleach bath on it to remove the dark ash color. My ponytail is now stripped of its smooth coating and it feels like it’s several months old now. Tangling like crazy. I’ve purchased the FoxyLocks platinum blonde hair extensions before with no issues. This time around, I’m very disappointed.
The colour match is great but i’m finding it difficult to wear them as the clips are facing down and not up. Theres nothing really for them to grip to so they just seem to slide down my hair. If they were facing upwards you would get a better grip on the hair and they would also look flatter
I love the foxy clip ins, been ordering the platinum blonde for years, only issue I had was since June I tried pre ordering and twice they changed the dates til October, I was really bothered cause I had few social occasions I needed them so I ended up ordering zala extentions and bellami whick I wasn’t happy with their extentions
I was looking so forward to getting Foxy Locks extensions. They were on back order, which I can understand happens. I decided to wait it out because it seemed like the quality of the extensions would be worth the wait (I was wrong). I will say that the customer service team was extremely helpful and kind. They made sure the extensions would arrive before my event. Customer service gets 5 stars!However, I’m disappointed in the quality of the extensions. I have not even worn them yet and they are brittle and dry. I tried gently brushing and touching them up with a heat tool along with a conditioning heat protectant, but they are still fuzzy and look old. At the seam there are a bunch of broken off pieces of hair that will not lay flat or blend. I ordered the Santorini Blond, 22 inch, 230g.
