Always ordered the seamless extensions from here every 2/3 months they are the best in terms of quality and price. However the last year hair has constantly been on pre order and my last 2 sets have seemed completely different. Knotting up and matting on second wear. Not sure if they have changed hair provider to keep up with demand but is definitely going downhill. After 2 weeks with my latest set they are almost unwearable knotting up and matting having to constantly brush throughout the day and no amount of conditioner can save. Shame as this site has been my saving grace for silver hair extensions for some time.
I ordered foxy extensions via DHL Express, because I needed them urgently. They arrived within 5 businessdays and not 1-3 businessdays like I actually paid for. Foxy Locks is not willing to refund the balance of the shipping cost and is incisting that the extensions did arrive on time, which is a lie. The manner in which the customer service handled my request was insulting.
I will be creating an updated review in the future, after I recieve extentions. I believe I ordered from FoxyLocks 10+ years ago. Firstly, I appreciate that this company does not seem to have many "Affiliate" Youtubers.. or any that I have seen for that matter. This rubbed me wrong with other companies and that is one reason I am choosing FoxyLocks. It is not fair for all of those girls to get free hair, let alone, better hair. Makes me nervous and upsets all of us.I will he doing Twitch and Youtube Streaming soon, once I get my hair in order, as I have lightened it for the first time to my natural shade in about 14 years. I have done a ton of research and I believe FoxyLocks is in every way, the best quality hair and within the Wefts, the amount that you get. Research wise, this is the one Brand that has the best options as far as Grams and Wefts go and being of the Seamless variety. I like that they have Ponytails as well. The people who do Reviews on Youtube are 100% clearly not sponsored and do not offer any codes. They were all genuine. I appreciated that. I also love FoxyLocks Social Media, telling the Color of the Hair in every single Photo they share. Very clean market and social media accounts.I have been struggling to figure out my right shade but I will be ordering today or tomorrow. Customer Service Foxes have been great so far. It’s face hair not human hair at all because I use it for month and half now I can’t use it because it’s fake hair I’m not happy at all and this is my bed experience I lost my money here it’s not a cheap but I don’t know what I can to do that so sad situation
Service was very good, my purchase arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I hadn't anticipated how heavy the ponytail (12") would be, i've found it impossible to keep it safely anchored to my own hair, it doesn't help that the hair is attached to a rather large piece of webbing which makes it stiff and inflexible when trying to attach. i would have returned it but the terms are that this is not possible once it has been taken out of the packaging.
