The seamless human hair extensions that I brought from Foxylocks are the perfect shade for me with dark brown roots and blonde ends (Santorini blonde!) They come in really handy storage boxes and are easy to apply and blend perfectly with my natural hair. I would highly recommend Foxylocks for these reasons ❤️
Amazing quality hair extensions.I bought for my wedding. I did use the virtual hair match, which suggested latte blonde, however due to having multitonal blonde they didn't match exactly when they arrived. However after I added lowlights and a silver shampoo they were perfect. Still super soft, so thick and comfiest extensions I have ever worn! Highly recommended.
I have been using Foxy Locks for over 3 years now and cannot fault the company. There have been several occasions throughout the years where I have had to send the hair back due to the shades not matching my natural hair but its always such a smooth process of getting a new set sent straight to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else from the quality of hair to the customer service is outstanding. A special mentioned to Amy who went above and beyond for me.
This was my first order with Foxy Locks after reviewing all manufactures and products. Purchased the shampoo and conditioner, plus accessories, although the design and products themselves were nice I was dissapointed in the condition of the products when they arrived, scratched bottles, dented Packinging not by the courier I might add, very disanointed, i emailed my complaint and looking forward to seeing the response I receive back. The product is marketed as a high-end product, this is not what was received unfortunately....
I just got some highlights and didn’t really know which color would match the best. So I contacted the customer service and sent them a picture of my hair. The color that they recommended me was so on point. The extensions blend so well with my natural hair. The color and the quality of the hair extensions is so damn good. 💕
The silicone bands are too bulky, they certainly didn’t suit my hair as they didn’t lay flat against my head and were visible through my hair. They also felt uncomfortable. Why can’t the hair be stitched together like other clip in extensions? What a shame. The hair itself was excellent quality and quantity. Excellent that there is a sample window to open and try out the product. Easily returned and money back (not return postage though). Thank you for good customer service but this product isn’t for me.
