Order hasn't arrived in over 5 months

Order hasn't arrived in over 5 months - they keep giving an 'approximate' delivery date and on the date email adding another 3 months - twice in a row I am utterly fed up by this completely awful service.

Loved it but…

Fast shipping and great quality hair. Only issue was the hair color. I bought the Brown/Black or off black colo and it was too light for my off black hair.

I have used zala hair extentions

I have used zala hair extentions. They are incredibly thick. From the root to the ends of the hair. Thick and so your hair is hidden. Foxy locks are not so thick. I wouldn't buy them again.

I gave a 3 star rating due to the fact my extensions were sent to a person two hours away from me and I paid additional to have the person send it to me. The product itself was wonderful and beautiful but had the person who received my product not reached out I would have never gotten the extensions. The label for her lashes was placed on top of my label for my extensions and was shipped out. Sounds to me like a company (Foxy Locks) issue and not an issue with DHL. I didn't feel like going through the process of figuring out who did what.

Placed an order and paid in july

Placed an order and paid in july, received an email to say they were getting more stock in October so emailed to ask a delivery date and had no reply so currently £135 out of pocket, need the extensions for my wedding so hoping they will refund me wouldnt use them againHave received my order and exchanged it for a longer length so although i waited a long time i was happy with the product and customer service in the end

The whole process was super simple but unsure if its all natural hair

The whole process was super simple from start to finish and overall I am happy with the product. I give it a 3 stars as the hair smelt of plastic and feels different to other real hair I have so unsure if it's completely natural.
