This company has the most ridiculous and unfair returns policy. I bought their curling wand (not cheap), it didn't do a thing to my hair, not a curl, not even a small wave. I can't return it, apparently if you open the packaging you can't return it! The curling wand comes in a black box, how do I know if the product is suitable for me if I don't open the box?! On their website there is nothing about how to return their curling wand, only hair extensions and hair products. This is so so upsetting and unfair! I am now stuck with an expensive tool that doesn't do the trick. I guess it's my fault for trusting a small company, next time I'll go to ASOS, beauty works or whatever, they let their customers return the products if unhappy.Thank you for nothing Foxy Locks! The hair quality is great, service too. However the clips on these hair extension are not secure. The extension r falling off. I just waisted 130 pounds, bc I really can't wear them. They don't stay on.I bought Luxy hair extensions from us and they are so secured even if someone pulls my hair.
I bought the shampoo, conditioner, mask and the oil for hair and I am very impressed with the quality of these products. They feel like luxury items, the smell is so lovely and they've helped my hair becoming more strong and also, I am noticing, I am not losing hair like before. I highly recommend.
