The product itself was beautiful. The best extensions I have ever used, I don't even need all the wefts in order to make it look natural. That's how thick the hair is.Shipping took almost no time at all and the colour looked exactly like it did on the website. 0 complaints!
Hair is awful after one wash it went all dry and couldn’t get the brush through ! I’ve had cheaper hair extensions and it’s lasted longer ! Customer service just asks for me to return the hair when I’ve sent them many pictures of what it looks like !
I have purchased foxy locks before and they have never let me down. I love the quality of the hair and how different I could look with just a couple of clips. ❤️ Part of my order is taking a lot longer then I thought or hoped for but all around I have had a good experience and would definitely purchase from them again in the future
Had a couple of days extensions stitching started coming loose and clip came off. Emailed foxy locks and reply was Thank you for your email, I am very sorry to see this. As the clips are the replaceable part of the weft, this does mean that they may become loose / may need to be replaced. Unfortunately we cannot give a timescale as to when this may need to be done as it would be solely down to the individual, amount of usage, care etc... Please be assured that this does not affect the set or usage. The clips can be easily replaced by a few stitches, or even by applying a small amount of glue to the area. Have you tried to do this?
Love these hair extensions look so thick . I wore foxy locks hair on holiday (2020) and always look bk n think how nice this hair is . I baught some from somewhere else which was told they meant b great no we’re near as nice foxys xxx
