i still have not been provided with further information about my package and there has been a huge delay and i still haven't received it. Foxy Locks still haven't answered my email and i'm starting to get worried. I will not order anything more from this website. They are really unreliable and untrustworthy.
I’ve worn foxy locks for years but I’ve had this latest set since August and I have to say I am severely disappointed, I don’t wear extensions often as its not necessary due to my job, this latest set has been worn 4 times, I washed them for the first time this month and followed the recommended instructions for taking care of them as I have for years in the past. I have to say that this hair is now unwearable and they will have to go in the bin. I’m absolutely gobsmacked at how the quality has gone down hill. My hairdresser has said this latest set are the worst extensions she has ever had to trim she couldn't get the brush through them. She said they look matted and synthetic and I have to agree with her. The hair is bunching up and looks all tangled within 20 seconds of them being in, it’s unbelievable that some ‘deluxe’ extensions can look so hideous after only 4 wears. I definitely won’t be buying from Foxy Locks again and won’t recommend them to anyone like I have done in the past.

I have fine hair and wanted some added volume. I spent hours browsing the web for high quality, human hair that matched my colour. My experience with FoxyLocks has been nothing short of amazing. Firstly, I appreciated the speedy replies with regards to my personal colour match. I had mine delivered next day and the hair was perfect. I love the seamless clips as it's perfect for my fine hair (I had problems in the past with clips showing through). The hair is thick all the way down to the ends which I know can be an issue with some clip-ins. I've bought a few different clip-ins from Foxylocks including their ponytails and have always been impressed. I cannot wait for my volumiser to arrive! A huge shout out to Amy who is always so attentive and helpful. Thank you!
