Honestly girls do yourselves a favour and avoid this company like the plague!! I’ve been a loyal customer of foxylocks for YEARS however after the last few months I can safely say I’ll never buy from them again!!I placed a pre order for extensions on the 12th of May and paid in full. The extensions were due to be released towards the end of June. I then received a very blasé email at the end of June to say there was a change of release date and they wouldn’t be available until the 11th of August. Fast forward to today 9th of August and I’ve just received another email to advise that the release date has changed AGAIN and they now won’t have them until approx 6th October (but not to hold my breath because the date is subject to change again)How can you find it acceptable to take someone’s money in May and still haven’t given them their item???? 5 months is a ridiculous time to wait for extensions. I know wish to cancel my order, receive a full refund AND also be sent my “mystery gift” that I previously paid for and you messed up. I agreed that you could send it along with my hair extensions but as I’m cancelling that order id like my mystery gift sent asap.Cancel order 508598 and send order 508600.
