Review Time
Ordered a pony tail clip in for the same shade as my extensions that I wear. The colour difference was ridiculous! Beware, I was told by customer service that they use different suppliers so the colours vary, which is not clearly marked online. Had to pay £5 for postage and then another £5 to return an item that was incorrectly stated as the same colour. Customer Service told me that as there was nothing wrong with them I would have to pay. Won't be buying my extensions here in the future
I’m your costumar for almost 10 years but i think i will no longer buying from your site. My decision has nothing to do with your quick service or excellent hair extensions, that remains the same, but unfortunately I don’t live in the UK, so i had to pay a lot of taxes to finally receive my order. Almost 50 pounds extra to be clear. That’s too much money just in taxes.
Oh I unfortunately had a not so good experience with not only the product itself but the customer service. The hair wasn’t even a month of me having it and it kept freezing up. I did exactly what customer service recommended and it still didn’t work. Keep in mind that I told them multiple times that the main problem I had was after wearing it for about an hour it would just freeze up and not. I sent my hair extensions back to the company to be reviewed and they said that it’s totally OK. I once reminded them that after I conditioned it which is exactly what they did it looked perfectly fine but after wearing it for an hour it would freeze up and not. Of course they weren’t going to put the hairpiece on and walk around with it so rather than being under standing they simply told me that they could not help me in anyway shape or form. This is when I realize that I will no longer be a continuous customer with them. I looked back at my emails and within the past three years I’ve bought almost $5000 worth of hair extensions from them. Oh well on to better things.
The ponytail is beautiful, there’s enough hair for having a full pony and the cllor match is perfect. The only thing is that the clip-in is not so great. I have only worn it like 4-5 times and one of the clips is starting to stick out of the mesh, which makes it painful (fingers) when trying to fix your extension on your head. Will try to see if I can sew it back in. I expected a better longevity though since I am used to great quality from Foxy Locks. I hope I can fix this otherwise I’ll be very disappointed in the product.
