didn't receive my hair extensions and can't get a refund because apparently Royal mail went to the building to deliver but never actually delivered and forged a random signature (which is not mine). appreciate this is a logistical error, but I would expect foxy locks to refund/replace the order.
Very happy with these extensions. Love the color! Very ashy blonde. Had some issues with delivery taking a long time but the customer service was fantastic and always got back to me. Overall this is the second set I have ordered and will probably be ordering more from this company!
The quality is just getting worse and worse lately . Been ordering for 5 years. Just received my last ponytail 3 days ago I wear it one time and already got frizzy. I wish I can attach pictures. I am disappointed because this used to be my favorite company that I recommended to everyone who asked me about my hair. I know how to take care of my extensions and I always make sure they look good but when the hair quality is so bad there is nothing I can do. I will be searching for another company.
This is the second time I purchased clip on extensions. I purchased the first pair back in July 2016. They are the Luxurious Seamless Clip 24in & 280g. Till this day they are in very good condition and thick. There has been shedding throughout combing and washing but not very visible. I also had them colored to match my hair. I loved the first pair. I decided to purchase a second pair for a longer length. I purchased Luxurious Seamless Clip 26in & 300g. When I received them I noticed they were thin, oily, and had a strong smell of some kind of chemical. I took them to my hair stylist to color them. Before I had them colored I weighed them to see if it was the correct gram. Well come to find out they weigh the exact weight as my first pair which was odd because my first pair have been cut and layered.When my hair stylist washed them the color on the clips came off immediately when soaked in water. She colored the extensions and after several washes they were still oily. You could feel the oil chemical on your fingers. Also, the odor the extensions did not go away. I had them cut and layered as my first pair and till this day I still cannot get the volume I want due to them being too oily. It seems as if the chemical they used to give them shine was way too much. I would not discourage anyone from purchasing this brand because compared to other popular brands this one is the best so far. I might have just gotten a bad pack this time around. I would definitely purchase again.
