We signed up for the 7 day free trial, cancelled the same day because it had nothing that appealed to me. In spite of the cancellation, Fubo billed my cc 3 times totaling over $300— for the most expensive package they have—, a cc NEVER provided to them by me, they took it from my Roku streaming service. The representatives are RUDE, twice hung up on me. And even thought they can clearly see by reviewing that the account has had ZERO ACTIVITY, not only did they refuse to refund the unauthorized charges, they refused to escalate to the fraud /legal department. I’ve now initiated a chargeback with my bank, initiated consumer complaints with the Attorney Generals office and the BBB, have sent an email to Roku advising of Fubos fraudulent activity, and will find every reporting forum available online to warn others to STAY AWAY FROM FUBO. They are a SCAM company that has defrauded thousands of money— just look at the reviews!! The only way you will get a refund from these scammers is to fight using other agencies. They are crooks!
SCAM! FuboTV marketed a "World Cup Qualifiers" package claiming they were the exclusive streaming service for the games. This is not only not true, they didn't even have the rights to stream any of the games. They "hook" customers with the promise of having the ability to watch the games on their platform, but this is a lie. After I was unable to stream any of the games they offered no apologies nor refund for the scam. They said I could choose to cancel my account but said "take it up with your bank" when I requested a refund for a product they marketed and sold but never delivered on.STAY AWAY!
Buffers and loses internet connection constantly. Called customer service countless times and they always blamed my internet. The connection was absolutely horrible while trying to watch the superbiwl. This was the last straw, I switched to Directv and have had no issues!
First, I actually got to speak with a person! the representative was respectful, kind, friendly and listened to my problems/issues with the understanding I had no idea of how to solve it. He took his time and walked me through everything and helped me troubleshoot the problems which might be causing the issues I was experiencing! He, Abraham was VERY helpful the entire phone call and helped me understand what the problem was!My only negatives with FUBO besides the technical difficulties I was having before today’s phone call with Abraham are:1. When I signed up it appeared to me my charges started immediately without a free trial period.2. I wish my local ABC affiliate was part of the ABC programming so, I could watch their local news reports: Channel 9 KCRG(Those are the only 2 negatives I have about FUBO streaming tv service). I have even listened to a couple of the music services as I’m VERY much into music and I have liked what I have heard. Kind of repetitive but, MOST streaming music services are!If my technical problems are now solved with the knowledge I have acquired with Abraham helping me today, I’ll probably stay with FUBO for at least most of this year.(Please-get me access to Channel 9 local programming)!In closing, I LOVE the fact that FUBO put out a press release regarding the new sports alliance Between ESPN/FOX Sports/Paramount.Things are always changing and the MAIN reason I cut my cable cord a few months ago is because cable was becoming TOO EXPENSIVE!I’m hoping and praying streaming tv services won’t become the same!
Its been a bit of a hassle working with a company that is stritcly on-line but the customer service agent Xochitl handled everything quickly and went above and beyond what I thought was possible. She was exceptional help. Thank you.
I had to cancel my Hulu subscription because we couldn't get the local sports station. Signed up for Fubo and the person on the phone waited until I was able to work through the guide and make sure that the station I wanted was indeed available
The "Family Share" plan is not really sharing as you can't share TV reception at different locations. You can only share through other devices: phone/tablet/computer. Not what I thought when we signed up. BUT --- what was great was a call from Anthony where he took the time to talk through sharing by casting from a phone and sent me info via email. He was very helpful!
