There was a problem with the wire transfer for my claim due to a keystroke error when submitting my account number. Although it was complicated and took a while, the agent for Mulberry did not give up until my claim payment was paid to me. I appreciated efforts taken on my behalf.
I submitted a claim that was approved back in August 2024. A very simple replacement leg for my couch from Interior Define. After it was approved they gave me the run around about when it would be here & then stopped replying to my emails all together. I have emailed them countless times asking about my replacement leg with no response in over a month. It is now November, claim was approved in August. My experience has been nothing but horrible with Mulberry Technologys. Terrible customer service that I would give -10 stars if this app allowed me to. Do NOT purchase a warranty from them or if something goes wrong, you will be dealing with an incompetent company who basically stole your money. UPDATE 11/19/24Finally got my replacement leg & guess what….THEY SENT A ROUND LEG & MY LEGS ARE SQUARE!!!!! Seriously never ends with them & their ability to do their jobs correctly! I received my WRONG leg last week & emailed them immediately and of course still haven’t heard back from them. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE & DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM MULBERRY TECHNOLOGY!!!!
If anything goes wrong with your equipment, they will deny your claim no matter how much information you provide. Their go to line is you didn't provide correct information. They have a D- rating with the better business bureau and are not an accredited company. 100's of complaints of Mulberry denying claims. When I challenged their decision, they cancelled my warranty with no refund.
The response and service I received from Mulberry was excellent.I dealt with Roger after he contacted me about my issue soon after I contacted Mulberry.His demeanour was warm , professional and he was able to resolve my issues with empathy and understanding.I am completely satisfied with the outcome.Thank you Roger .
I covered a $4,000 couch bought from Interior Define paying Mulberry $200 for nothing. When the couch got stained and I showed them pictures, they said they would only cover singular accidents and presented me with excuses as to why the coverage didn't apply. I would not waste money on Mulberry anymore.
SCAM. If I could give them 1 star I would. They won't answer the phone, won't answer to my claim, won't answer any of my emails. I got them because they were recommended by Rugs USA BUT NEVER AGAIN will I fall for this scam with Mulberry. Update: After my review was posted, Mulberry reached out to me. I am waiting to see if this gets resolved or if they really do not honor the warranties as many reviewers claim. If they do honor it, I'll update this review. Update 2: mulberry fully refunded me after approving my claim. They came through. Not a scam after all and i am very happy to be posting this.
I have had to submit Two claims with Mulberry. The first took a VERY long time, however the company took care of my problem once they understood the full ramifications. The second claim was basic cut and dry. The light quit working. The purchased me a new light. I have been VERY pleased with their service and HIGHLY recommend and aquarium owner to have a policy with Mulberry.
