Mulberry was able to get my Tic watch…

Mulberry was able to get my Tic watch replaced after the watch failed to live up to it's claims of being able to be worn in a swimming pool. It did take some time to resolve, but it got handled in a simple easy process.

I dont recommend it. I purchased protection for my mattresses and they couldnt help me with a stain! Please do not buy this plan. Its almost like scam.

Terrible customer service, breach of contract

My first experience was great with this company. They handled my claim immediately and it was super easy. The second claim I filed, not so much. They refuse to respond to any emails. I’ve been a loyal paying customer for over a year, and recently I filed a claim. I followed all of the requirements set out by my policy, and the company was fast to respond all the way until they just stopped responding to me with no updates. I’ve reached out a handful of times and have no received a response back. Customer service is severely lacking and this company is violating the terms of our agreement. I filed my claim on 9/22/24. On 9/25/24, after submitting all requested documents, I received an email from them stating:“Thank you for reaching out! Your claim is currently in active review and we will follow up shortly with an update on your claim status. Please note it may take up to 7-10 business days for claims to be processed, although this may vary depending on our current claim volume.” Today is 11/16/24 and I have sent an email almost weekly inquiring for an update, and no one can take the time to provide one. They had no problem deducting my monthly payment for their service, yet they can’t even respond to an email.
