Review Time
I like the idea of the service and I’ve used it successfully once but the second time I needed it was not very timely and I ultimately decided not to go through with the claim just for the headache of it. I would like to be able to cover more types of items like my smartphone for example.
I'll just paste the email I sent Mulberry after they handled our insurance claim perfectly: "I wanted to send one last email and state how utterly blown away we are that this process was relatively painless and that you honored the warranty so fully. My wife and I have too many experiences where we end up fighting for the services for which we had paid. I was getting all armored up (psychologically) to defend our purchase with Mulberry, and then I got your email basically saying "a check is on the way." It was a surprise and huge relief. My wife and I have already told well over a dozen people about our positive experience with Mulberry, including me describing the experience in a large staff meeting. I certainly hope that your excellent customer service can continue to meet this standard, and that word of mouth pays off for your business. We will certainly look for the Mulberry warranty when making future purchases."
Yeah these insurance are a joke! Not worth it....you have to navigate through Ai crap. Bring back actual good ol american customer service. I would not purchase again. They just take your money and run. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased.
