Total disappointment

I bought a sectional from Castlery and did insurance through Mulberry. I recently filed a claim and all they say they cannot help with it although in the agreement it says they cover pet damage. I felt like i was treated as if i was lying to them. I would never work with them again. A total disappointment!!!

I filed a claim and got confirmation.It’s been way more than 10 business days without any reply. I pinged multiple times and no reply.[edit company contact me after review right away. Seems like the only way to get their attention]

Scammy service!

Completely irritated. I got a quick response after submitting my original request in my castlery sofa (which I had only just completed making a 6 month payment plan on so overall disappointed in castlery products and wouldn’t recommend). Another quick response after submitting additional information they needed so I was pleased.i was told I only have to wait another 2-5 business days for them to review my case fully. It’s been exactly 20 business days. I’ve followed up three times since and they’ve completely went no contact on me. How is that?? As if they suddenly aren’t receiving my emails. Absolutely horrific experience and a total waste of money on my already pricey purchase! Absolutely do not deal with mulberry!

Mulberry provides what they promise

Mulberry provides what they promise! I get Mulberry protection on all of the glassware I order, because I am clumsy and it covers accidental breakages (which I desperately need). I have made a claim on several of my policies by Mulberry, and have received the appropriate amount of money back every time. This is NOT a scam. Mulberry works, and I would absolutely recommend.

Great Management Changed My Mind

Final resolution: Proof that good customer service, empathy and effort can turn an entire situation around. As you can see, in the beginning I completely felt like I was being scammed and ignored. And while I still feel I shouldn’t have had to reach out so many times to receive a response, the fact that multiple people reached out to resolve my claim and get my feedback completely changed my mind. I will now give Mulberry another chance.The Director of operations, Kristian, personally called me to get my feedback and actively make improvements to improve their service for future customers and experiences. Update: After sending an email asking for a supervisor and expressing that it was beginning to feel like a scam, all of my previous emails and phone calls were returned and my claim approved. Now I wait another 7-10 business days to see if it is fully processed and the reimbursement issued as promised. I do appreciate they plan to honor the warranty product and service I paid for, but it is extremely frustrating to have to all but harass them day in and day out in order to receive a response. So while I still would never purchase their product again, if the claim is paid as promised, that’s all I can ask for at the end of the day.DO NOT waste your time or money. If I could give a zero, I would. I have never had an issue filing a claim with a warranty company and this experience and lack of response is why so many people think warranty companies are scams. I have filed my claim with ALL pertinent information they required. After contacting them over 10 times, the only response I received was to tell me I didn’t provide any information and that I had 7 days to do so or they would close my claim. I provided it yet again, and of course zero response. They offer NO option to contact anyone. Only an automated chat that simply says someone will reach out. And they never do.

Mulberry insurance is impressive

I can't be more impressed with the rapid claim and subsequent replacement of my damaged product. It literally took a day from the time I put my claim in, to a new device being shipped to me. What a seamless process this was. I would not hesitate to purchase other insurance through Mulberry.

I never received any good communication…

I never received any good communication about what was going on with my claim, and also how it would be resolved. I’m deeply unsatisfied especially since I payed MULTIPLE times for the Mullberry protection plan and then I didn’t receive anything until a year later.

Do NOT Purchase Product Insurance Through Mulberry

I submitted a claim through Mulberry. Over 2 weeks later they responded saying that I needed to submit the claim through Guardsman. I was on vacation at the time and still took the time to submit the claim less than 48 hours later. I was then told by Guardsman that my claim was submitted one day past the 30-day timeline and am now being told to contact Mulberry. I believe this is a complete scam and I strongly encourage people NOT to purchase insurance on a product through Mulberry.
