Fantastic Product and Top-Notch Customer Service!I love this power washer! It worked great until it suddenly stopped. I reached out to Customer Service, and they were outstanding—fast replies, great communication, and they sent me a replacement without any hassle. It’s rare to see a company stand behind their product like this. Very happy with how they handled everything!
I installed the hose reel on my dock to service my boat easily. The reel system is the best for use at the dock. No loose hoses to trip on and a clean look as well. I had an issue with the hose expanding over time and not returning inside the housing as it did when new but when I emailed customer service, they sent me a new one to replace the malfunctioning one even though I was one month out of the 2 year warranty. I highly recommend the product and the company.

I bought the 1/2 inch 130 foot hose reel. This reel looks amazing hung on a 4x4 although if I would do it again I would use a 4x6 instead. I since the post 3feet and filled it with high strength concrete. I hung the hose reel and I rolled it out 3 maybe 4 times before the spring inside gave in and released the majority of the tension off the hose. I contacted giraffe tools to tell them what happened. They checked a the serial number and confirmed the order number. The product has a 2 year warranty, so giraffe tools sent me a new reel. The best part of all of this is that it took less than a week to have a new reel hung on the same post. The did not even hassle in asking me to return the broken product. I give them 5 stars for the great customer service fast acting on shipping they recognize the issue and acted quickly.
Their customer service was very helpful. They were able to get me a replacement garden hose reel after mine developed a leak, even though it was just outside their standard 24 month warranty period. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this company.

I really enjoy our Giraffe 1/2” x 130’ retractable hose reel, it comes in very handy. The plastic collar inside the reel failed recently, i pin pointed the failure and requested a replacement collar part. To my surprise Giraffe Tools is shipping a replacement hose reel to me, couldn’t ask for better customer support.
The hose reel works perfectly. It winds the hose very smoothly with very minimal friction. In fact for whatever reason, it was easy to assemble. Your customer support was superb. I will definitely recommend your products to my friends and neighbors.
