I purchased a Giraffe hose reel almost 2 years ago and its been working wonderfully. Unfortunately the other day it would not retract fully as the positioning guide would not move, I found online it was a broken belt. I emailed Giraffe customer service who told me the belt was not replaceable and to email them my purchase receipt which I found on Amazon and emailed it to them and they quickly chose to provide a warranty replacement! Quick, responsible and without any fuss! A rarity in today's market! I'm quite impressed...in addition to an impressive hose reel! Thanks Giraffe!
It was a great experience,compared to other companies where I have had claims,the information that the team asked in order to do the warranty was just a few essential numbers,they didn't fooled around,they are going to send me a new hose reel and on top of that I don't have to deal with shipping the older part back,that helps me a lot because I'm a truck driver and don't have much time to go to the postal service,thank you very much for that,you got a customer for life!!

I purchased the Grandfalls Retractable Pressure Washer G20 Pro directly from Giraffe Tools a few months ago, and I’m really glad I did. When I had an issue, their warranty team was outstanding.I called Giraffe and followed up with a few short videos showing the problem. Within minutes, I received an email confirming my claim and requesting details. I replied the same day, and by October 16th, they had already processed a replacement order. Just a day or two later, the brand-new unit arrived at my shop, up and running again.The 24-month warranty is legitimate, and their responsiveness gave me real confidence in the company. I was initially hesitant about trying a newer brand, but I already owned their 130-ft retractable garden hose, which I love, and this pressure washer has proven to be another great product. It’s powerful, easy to use, and I especially like that it can be mounted outdoors or stored indoors during winter.I also own their vacuum cleaner, which performs great too — I just wish the Bluetooth version had been available when I bought mine.Overall, Giraffe Tools has earned my trust. Their products are well-designed, and their customer service is fast, professional, and genuinely helpful.
I was hesitant to buy the pressure washer at first. My brother inlaw bought one. After seeing and using it, I was very impressed. A little over a year after buying mine, it stopped working. With no hassle this company was amazing to deal with. Worked through the issue and got me back up and running. If you judge a company about their service AFTER the sale, this company gets a 10/10!!!!
After I purchased a product, high pressure hose/reel, I had an issue with the hose. I got in contact with the seller which was through amazon, which they directed me to here. The customer service was extremely fast in response time via email, very helpful with product knowledge, and after supplying everything they needed, they ended up replacing the entire unit for me. My Giraffe pressure washer stopped working and I reached out to the company to inquire about obtaining parts. Grace became my customer service representative. I was informed that I couldn't get any of the parts that I was looking for. Grace was awesome, she worked with me to try and find my warranty information even though the serial number sticker had disappeared and the original paperwork couldn't be found. In the end she authorized a replacement unit be sent. I was amazed by the high level of customer service provided. I look forward to using this company for future shop tool needs.
I can’t say enough good things about giraffe tools. From the awesome products to the amazing customer service. I had a leaky hose reel and after explaining my issue they were very prompt on fixing the problem. I thank you very much and so does the carpet in my garage!
