Got a Giraffe pressure washer as a gift for Christmas mounted it, and worked great. Had an issue with the drum winding mechanism. Emailed customer support sent them a couple videos and photos of what was happening could not believe their support they gave me a couple troubleshooting ideas that did not work.
I thought this was going to end up being a long drawn out. Try this try that but no they saw the problem right after that and sent me a brand new unit.
My first purchase of a 65ft retractable hose 3 years ago let me to purchase another one for my back yard. When the new one started to not lock, I reported it to Giraffe Tools. The very quickly determined that there was indeed a problem and shipped me a replacement. Great warranty service and a great product.
This rating could have reached 5 stars if not for two concerns: 1) the instructions were lacking clarity. For instance, there's no need to attach the hose prior to assembling the unit, but in the end, everything fit together. 2) Additionally, the external brass fittings had leaks. However, to the company's credit, after I provided evidence of the issue, they promptly sent a replacement. It's a robust hose reel that functions well now.
My overall experience with the tools has been very positive. I utilize various products for detailing, and they perform effectively while being budget-friendly. Their chargers and portable batteries offer great value as well. I reached out to them twice about malfunctioning products, and they responded within days with helpful solutions. I would recommend their equipment to anyone, although I feel not all items are as durable as others.
