G20 Pressure Cleaner

My G20 pressure cleaner developed a leak after about 6 months, I put through an email to customer service and received a prompt rely from Grace with all the details required for a warranty claim. I unfortunately could not find the original order number or receipt as it was ordered by my partner for my birthday. After giving Grace my partner's email address and our delivery address she was able to track down the order number and process the delivery of the replacement item. I couldn't have been happier with the response and the final outcome.RegardsHeath Greenslade.

The Hose Reel Worked Until it Didn’t.

We own 2 Giraffe water hose reels. We bought the first one in 2023 to help my wife water flower pots on our front porch and along the stairs leading to the hose. She was tired of struggling with the old ground sitting hose reels that were hard to use and stored heavy hoses. It was such a pleasant experience that we purchased another reel for the back patio in 2024 where we have numerous plants and had water toys for our grandson. They both worked well until one didn’t. The 2024 purchase just stopped retracting the other day. I tried all the prescribed fixes in the manual and website. It was just stuck and refused to retract. So, we had 110+ hose laying on the patio. I contacted customer service and after providing the order number they informed me they would be shipping a replacement reel as soon as possible. The next day I received an email that the reel was being shipped to our home. According to the shipping company and tracking information provided by Giraffe Tools, it will arrive Saturday, 6 days after providing the needed order information. I am so glad that this company stands by its products. The customer service representative, Doris, was friendly and most helpful. We are now considering purchasing their largest hose and reel for our workshop. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind thier products and does what it says it will do in a timely manner.

My year old giraffe hose system had a mechanical problem. The company responded and made good on the almost expired warranty. Great service and even better communication. Companies could learn a lesson from Giraffe!!

Great and timely service

While the initial item I bought had a defect, giraffe immediately sent a replacement and cover it all cost. Hey, no company has a hundred % zerodefect.They were extremely responsive and I look forward to purchasing more product from them.

Great Customer Service

I ran into a leak on an electric powerwasher after owning it for about 5 mo. The hole in the hose was in a section that was more than likely not replaceable. I reached out to customer service and they reported right back that they would send a replacement power washer. They even saved me the hassle of sending the broken unit back. That gives me the confidence that I chose the right company and power washer. Obviously they stand by their products.

I rate these guys 5 stars based on their after sales, yes the product is good but the way they handle themself when you have an issue is even more important in my opinion. Thank you guys for sorting me out when you technically didn’t have to. It was nice to not even ask you just suggested it and moved swiftly.

Great warranty customer service

After a little more than a year I had a problem with my pressure washer with 100 ft retractable hose reel...I reached out to giraffe tools by email....they sent me a brand new upgraded model replacement.... Cant get no better than that...👍👍👍
