I bought a pressure washer in June 2024, and it worked wonderfully for over a year with almost weekly use. When the hose developed a leak, I discovered my model didn't allow for hose replacement. After contacting the support team, they verified my model and replaced the entire unit within days! Excellent product and even better customer service. I almost purchased a new one before they offered a replacement for my broken unit. Highly recommend!
I purchased a garden hose reel cart made from heavy-duty metal from an online retailer in Nov. 2025. It arrived damaged, and I quickly reached out to the customer service team. An agent responded promptly, and after I provided a photo of the damage, they kept me updated throughout the process. A new cart was shipped to me at no cost within a few days, arriving in perfect condition. I assembled it myself and found no leaks. The customer service was amazing! I had my pressure washer for a little over a year before it stopped working, but with the 24 month warranty that was no problem at all. After diagnosing the issue, They sent me a new within a week. All I had to do was provide them with a little information. 10/10
