I needed a nice light hose so the wife…

I needed a nice light hose so the wife can water the plants and garden around the house without having to pull a heavy hose or water can around. Found the Giraffe retractable hose and we fell in love with this thing. Works great and looks great. I did have 1 slight little hiccup with it, but Giraffe has amazing customer service. They where able to swiftly resolve without any hesitation. I highly recommend and would buy again.

Best warranty service & response I’ve ever received.

I’ve NEVER experienced a response as quick and efficient as Giraffe. Called the company September 2 instructing me to send an email with short video of problem, explanation, hose off track preventing it from winding, and purchase details. On September 8 a replacement was setting on my porch.
