Review Time
Had a problem with the retractable hose and contacted customer support. It took me a couple of days to remember to take a picture of the problem and they stayed on me to complete with timely emails. They are sending a replacement.
I ran across an add for a hose reel by Giraffe Tools and got good reviews so i thought i would gibe it a try since we have Alot of plants and water regularly. Used for approximately 14months and one day it jumped track on inside of reel and would retract but couldn’t pull out completely. I brought this to the attention of Giraffe Tools and they said no worries send proof of purchase and short video of the issue and BAM….. they just sent out a new hose reel just like that! A little disappointed in that the first power washer only lasted for 3 years contacted about the on off switch and got no where with support so decided to buy the pro and really liked it for the first day then lost all the pressure but sent support a message and video and a replacement was on the way hopefully I get more longevity out of this one
Tina at customer care quickly diagnosed the problem and organissed a replacement unit. After a years my pressure hose burst. I was expecting a replacement hose or to be direct to a local repair shop for a repair, but giraffe tools replaced the whole unit.
